Pretty Polite wanted a series of videos that explained to customers how to use their online services and products. One of these videos is a brief yet informative step-by-step video about how customers can design a custom invitation on Pretty Polite's online store.

We worked closely with Pretty Polite’s owner and founder, Brianne Baggetta, as well as Pretty Polite’s team of graphic designers to illustrate each step of the design and order process.

COMPANY AND PROJECT

Pretty Polite is a paper products print company. They offer a unique blend of a personalized, “boutique” experience combined with the efficiency and competitive pricing among the largest print companies in the US.


Pretty Polite sought to create several videos that walk their customers through how to design and order paper products on their website. We used a combination of Pretty Polite staff interviews, office and production area b-roll, and screen captures to create this instructional video.
